1st – Monthly Rent Due

10th - Rent checks clear and begin Trust Account Reconciliation

15th - Sales Tax filed with municipality on behalf of owner

19th – Closing Day for billing cycle
Statement billing period example: 07/20/2011 to 08/19/2011

20th – Send Owner Checks via direct deposit (ACH)   

23rd – Monthly statements and owner deposits will be received on or before the 23rd

The program utilizes a unique three-part approach, which ensures the crime prevention goal, while maintaining a very tenant friendly approach. After you partner with Active Renter, your rental property is entered into in the Crime Fee Multi-Housing Email Notification System where it will be monitored for criminal activity. Having this valuable information as soon as it is available helps Active Renter to proactively manage the situation and keep our owners fully informed.
