Management Contract:

  1. Should an Owner terminate their Management Agreement prior to the expiration of any existing leases on managed properties, Active Renter shall be entitled to monthly management fees for the remainder of the lease term(s).
  2. Should an Owner decide to evict a tenant for whatever scenario, the eviction processing fees do not include attorney fees.

  3. Upon Owner's Request - Should an Owner need assistance in obtaining the appropraite Municipality Sales Tax License, Active Renter can coordinate this effort on a Municipality by Municipality basis.

  4. Upon Owner's Request - Should an Owner need assistance in registering their property(s) with the Maricopa County Assessor's Office, Active Renter can register them correctly on the Owner's behalf.

  5. Upon Owner's Request - Should an Owner need assistance with establishing services (turn on | turn off) with the proper utility companies, Active Renter can coordinate this effort on a property by property basis.

  6. Upon Owner's Request - Should an Owner need assistance with Re-Keying a property for whatever scenario, Active Renter can coordinate this effort on an incident by incident basis. Additional fees may apply depending on the number and type of locks and keys needed.

  7. Upon Owner's Request - Should an Owner need assistance with Property Tax Evaluation and submitting Disputes upon their behalf, Active Renter can coordinate this effort on a property by property basis.

  8. Upon Owner's Request - Should an Owner need assistance with Pool | Spa services, Active Renter can coordinate this effort on a property by property basis. Additional fees may apply depending on the size of the Pool | Spa and equipment needed to service.

  9. Upon Owner's Request - Should an Owner need assistance with Landscaping services, Active Renter can coordinate this effort on a property by property basis. Additional fees may apply depending on the size of yard and equipment needed to service.

  10. Upon Owner's Request - Should an Owner need assistance with coordinating annual HVAC checkup appointments, Active Renter can coordinate this effort on a property by property basis.

  11. Upon Owner's Request - Should an Owner need assistance with Pest Control services, Active Renter can coordinate this effort on a property by property basis. Additional fees may apply depending on the size of property and requested pest control services.
