What Our Clients Say
We have worked with Active Renter for a few years now, and there is a reason we are still working with them! They are not only professional, but they are respectful of your time, they get the job done right and they are always there to answer a question or a call. You don't find many businesses these days who really put customer service at the forefront like Active Renter does. They really do have the best in mind when it comes to their clients. Thank you!
I've rented an Active Renter home two years ago. My current rental is managed by another company. It took my recent experience, to appreciate the efforts of Rich and his team. My current PM wants me to pay a $350 lease renewal fee, which is ridiculous in my opinion. I also had the best service from Active Renter, especially concerning maintenance issues.
We are Proud to serve local Ahwatukee neighborhoods
Ahwatukee is a triangular-shaped urban village in the City of Phoenix. Surrounded to the northwest by South Mountain Park, and blocked to the east by I-10 and to the south by the Gila River Indian Community, Ahwatukee Foothills is geographically isolated from Phoenix.
Due to its relatively few access points (mainly through a few bridges across Interstate 10), the community has been called the world's largest cul-de-sac. It is also nicknamed the area “on the other side of the hill.”
Residents of Ahwatukee share the intimacy of small-town living, while enjoying the plentiful amenities of a bustling metropolis nearby.
With its proximity to the South Mountain Park, Ahwatukee has numerous outdoor activity opportunities. Cycling, hiking, baseball, and soccer are common activities.
Ahwatukee draws its name from one of the first homes in the foothills, the Ahwatukee Ranch, built in 1922. The word “Ahwatukee” means “house of my dreams” in the language of the Crow Nation.
