What Our Clients Say
We have worked with Active Renter for a few years now, and there is a reason we are still working with them! They are not only professional, but they are respectful of your time, they get the job done right and they are always there to answer a question or a call. You don't find many businesses these days who really put customer service at the forefront like Active Renter does. They really do have the best in mind when it comes to their clients. Thank you!
I've rented an Active Renter home two years ago. My current rental is managed by another company. It took my recent experience, to appreciate the efforts of Rich and his team. My current PM wants me to pay a $350 lease renewal fee, which is ridiculous in my opinion. I also had the best service from Active Renter, especially concerning maintenance issues.

There is nothing like the City of Scottsdale, often referred to as "The West's Most Western Town."
With an average of 314 days of sunshine a year, along with amazing opportunities for shopping and dining, Scottsdale is one of the nation's most desirable communities to call home.
Bordered by Phoenix to the west and the majestic McDowell Mountains to the east, Scottsdale stands out as one of the most beautiful spots in the Sonoran desert. It provides the perfect setting in which to live, work and play.
Although the city itself measures just 184 square miles, it’s now counted among the 100 largest cities in the nation. And yet, it retains its connection to its small-town, Western heritage.
The median age of Scottsdale residents is 46. But folks of all ages have discovered the beauty of the city. Scottsdale has been named as the 5th best place in the nation to retire. And it was ranked as one of the top places to raise children.
Scottsdale also earned the No. 6 spot on 24/7 Wall St.’s “Best Run Cities in America.” The study reflected the high standard of living in Scottsdale. The city's median income is one of the highest of any large U.S. city. More than 95 percent of adults have a high school diploma, 10 percentage points better than the national rate.
Additionally, poverty and crime rates are among the lowest, compared with other large cities.
Tourists flock to Scottsdale from all over the country and the world. In fact, the tourism industry is Scottsdale's primary employer, accounting for 39 percent of the city's workforce.
Downtown Scottsdale has grown into a hub of urban activity, shopping, culture and nightlife. It is home to more than 90 restaurants, 320 retail shops and more than 80 art galleries. The so-called "Old Town Scottsdale" area also offers a dynamic club, restaurant, and high-end hotel scene.
Scottsdale has gained nationwide attention by playing host to high-profile events like the Waste Management Phoenix Open Golf Tournament, the Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction, the Scottsdale Arts Festival and the Scottsdale Culinary Festival.
The city is the spring training home of the San Francisco Giants, who practice at Scottsdale Stadium in Downtown Scottsdale. Scottsdale Stadium also hosts the Scottsdale Scorpions, a minor league baseball team in the Arizona Fall League.
