There are three things that really make Active Renter different from other property management companies. The first one, is that we are investors ourselves, we're not a franchise, we're locally owned and operated, and we treat all of our investor properties like they we're ours. We manage our portfolio right alongside yours. This gives us a very unique perspective in the property management business. We always do what's best for the Owner first.

The second thing that makes Active Renter different? Is that we're service Fanatics. We built our business on providing fanatical customer service For example, returning calls promptly, our problem solving skills, and holding ourselves accountable to both our owners and our tenants.

Innovation & Technology

The third thing that makes Active Renter different? Innovation, we're constantly looking for ways to do things better and faster. For example, we've written our own software which allows us to provide a higher quality product to both our owners and our tenants. With reduced operating costs, we pass on the cost savings directly to our owners.
