What Our Clients Say
We have worked with Active Renter for a few years now, and there is a reason we are still working with them! They are not only professional, but they are respectful of your time, they get the job done right and they are always there to answer a question or a call. You don't find many businesses these days who really put customer service at the forefront like Active Renter does. They really do have the best in mind when it comes to their clients. Thank you!
I've rented an Active Renter home two years ago. My current rental is managed by another company. It took my recent experience, to appreciate the efforts of Rich and his team. My current PM wants me to pay a $350 lease renewal fee, which is ridiculous in my opinion. I also had the best service from Active Renter, especially concerning maintenance issues.

Mesa is located about 20 miles east of Phoenix. It’s the third-largest city in Arizona, after Phoenix and Tucson, and the 38th-largest city in the US.
Initially inhabited by Native Americans and Spanish explorers, the area became US territory after the Mexican American War. Mormon pioneers founded the city in 1878; a large Mormon population remains there today.
Today, Mesa is a prospering industrial area, with companies like Boeing and AT&T among its leading employers. Mesa is also home to numerous higher education facilities including Polytechnic campus of Arizona State University.
In downtown Mesa, the Arts and Cultural District is home to the Mesa Arts Center, the Mesa Southwest Shakespeare Company, the Mesa Southwest Museum and several galleries, dance companies and theaters. The Mesa Amphitheatre is one of metro Phoenix's top places to see popular music's biggest acts.
The Arizona Temple is also located in Mesa, and is one of the largest attractions in the state.
