I've rented an Active Renter home two years ago. My current rental is managed by another company. It took my recent experience, to appreciate the efforts of Rich and his team. My current PM wants me to pay a $350 lease renewal fee, which is ridiculous in my opinion. I also had the best service from Active Renter, especially concerning maintenance issues.

Sun City is an unincorporated town within the Phoenix metropolitan area that was designed to create an active community for adults 55 and over. Its adjoining sister city is Sun City West. Both are retirement communities very popular with snowbirds.

When The Del Webb Development Company opened Sun City’s first five model homes on January 1, 1960, it was embarking on a brave new venture: a master-planned retirement community built specifically for active adults.

Architecturally, Sun City is known for its unique character, personality, and legacy. Its signature easily-accessible wide-open streets and clean, orderly atmosphere are all about accessibility. Golf carts are allowed to roam freely, so residents can zip conveniently around town and still be environmentally friendly.

With more than 120 clubs, eight golf courses, seven recreation centers, and two bowling centers, there’s never a shortage of things to do here. Sun City is also host to a number of arts festivals, neighborhood parties, musical concerts, and special events.
