What Our Clients Say
We have worked with Active Renter for a few years now, and there is a reason we are still working with them! They are not only professional, but they are respectful of your time, they get the job done right and they are always there to answer a question or a call. You don't find many businesses these days who really put customer service at the forefront like Active Renter does. They really do have the best in mind when it comes to their clients. Thank you!
I've rented an Active Renter home two years ago. My current rental is managed by another company. It took my recent experience, to appreciate the efforts of Rich and his team. My current PM wants me to pay a $350 lease renewal fee, which is ridiculous in my opinion. I also had the best service from Active Renter, especially concerning maintenance issues.

The city of Surprise in the northwest Valley was founded in 1938 by Flora Mae Statler, who named it Surprise as she "would be surprised if the town ever amounted to much.”
Years later, the city has boomed. It is one of the fastest-growing municipalities in the greater Phoenix area, and, between 1990 and 2000, it was the sixth fastest-growing place among all cities and towns in Arizona.
The city offers Spring Training excitement at Surprise Stadium - home to the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals.
Surprise has a 10,562-square-foot Aquatics Center, Maricopa County's northwest regional library, and a $5.5 million library.
Consistently rated as one of the safest cities in the Southwest, many neighbors say they love the small town feel of events like Surprise Party in the winter and the 4th of July fireworks.
In February 2007, the Surprise City Council unanimously approved an agreement with Westcor, facilitating construction of the largest regional mall in Arizona, Prasada. At full build out, the city expects that Prasada will create more than 20,000 jobs for local residents.
Popular neighborhoods in Surprise include Sierra Montana and Surprise Farms.
