Rich Hoey is the founder, President and designed broker for ActiveRenter. Rich's real estate career started in 2003 as a Realtor and investor, while still employed as a software executive. As Rich's real estate portfolio grew, he soon learned the importance of effective property management on the ROI of his investment property portfolio. Unsatisfied with the cost and level of service provided by other valley property management companies, Rich became obsessed with building a service based property management firm the possessed the qualities missing in the market. He is dedicated to providing clients with impeccable service while taking a hands-on approach with nearly ever aspect of ActiveRenter. Out of the office, Rich is a Boy Scouts of America troop leader and a Scottsdale Little League coach and league commissioner. Some of the greatest adversity Rich has faced has come as a sports fan. Supporting the Cubs and the Irish definitely tests a persons loyalties.
